More Relflections...now in bronze!

This purse may not have taken 9 1/2 hours but the results are ever more gorgeous than the last! It is made from bronze metallic goat skin and faux camel croc and is accented with silver eyelets, silver swivel hooks, dark brown ribbon, and finally an antiqued wooden handle. I say this because the eyelets are how I want, the handles are wonderful, and the lining is perfect. I did not put any pockets on the inside of this Bronze Reflection but it is giving me inspo to quickly make another!

I learned a lot while sewing this one, including the rules of sewing goatskin. I am lucky to have previously purchased a walking foot for my Kenmore but it did take awhile to figure how to put it on!

The picture below is what my purse looked like before I added the additional eyelets and switched to the smaller handles. I'd like to add an additional inch to each side, to better fit with the ten inch bamboo handles below.

This is the finished product!!!! I am ever so happy with my hard work!
And of course the woven label!

Love it.

I adore the fabric you used on the lining of the purse.. cute..ecspecially the little cream buckles on the fabric.. love it..

I see what you mean and agree with the dark bamboo handles. I think they bring out the colors you selected more than the antiqued handles do.. though they look great too!

I can't wait to see more. Keep them coming girl!
